Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, exchanges and orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! All orders ship from Sydney Australia, and we offer international delivery to most countries.You can find more details on our Shipping Info page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Australia: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express), 2 – 5 business days for customised items.
- International: 7–14 business days depending on location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. If your item isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for all the details.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We do! Every order comes beautifully packaged, but if it’s a gift, let us know at checkout and we’ll add a little extra love.

What size harness should I get for my dog?
Our sizing is gauged off of the chest width of our pup. Use the below information to allocate the most appropriate size.
Extra Small: 37cm - 48cm
Small: 46cm - 59cm
Medium: 57cm - 77cm
Large: 69cm - 94cm
Extra Large: 83cm - 117cm

Is your vegan leather durable?
Yes. Our vegan leather is selected for its strength, softness, and longevity. It’s water-resistant, easy to clean, and built to handle daily walks, weekend adventures, and everything in between.
Are your products waterproof?
Vegan leather is water resistant but not waterproof.
