Refund policy

We want you and your pup to love your Good Pup Co. pieces. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

Change of Mind
If you’ve had second thoughts, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition with tags
  • In original packaging

Please note: return shipping costs are not covered for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right, quickly and kindly. Just email us at hello@goodpupco.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@goodpupco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
