Good Pup Co designs and sells high-quality, vegan leather pup accessories. All products are cruelty-free and made with sustainability in mind. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms. If something doesn’t look right with your order, reach out, we’re here to help.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you (and your pup) to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they’re unused and in original condition. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty.

5. Product Care
Our accessories are made to last, but like all beautiful things, they need a little care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your product to ensure longevity.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including product designs, images, logos, and copy is owned by Good Pup Co. and protected by copyright laws. Please don’t reproduce or use our content without permission.
